These terms apply to your use of golaifen.com and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by GoLaifen ("we", "us"), 107 Beta-2 Sector 107, B205, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304, India. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.
2. Products and prices
- We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order, even after it has been confirmed, and refund any amount paid in full.
3. Orders
An order is accepted only when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) where the product is out of stock, the order appears fraudulent, uses stolen payment details or false information, is placed in bulk for resale, or where the customer has a history of misusing our return, cancellation or cash-on-delivery policies.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) and Shopify. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Raising a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that was delivered as described is a breach of these terms. We will share delivery evidence with the payment provider and may pursue recovery of the amount.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 48-hour reporting window and unboxing-video requirement for damage, missing-item and wrong-item claims.
6. Product use
Use products according to the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or use contrary to the instructions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Website content
All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated tools to scrape it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place an order applies to that order.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
